The Accomodation

High Blean is a 17th century Grade II listed farmhouse with two letting bedrooms. It has a guest dining room with large inglenook fireplace and a lounge with woodburning stove for the exclusive use of guests. There are also secure facilities for the storage of bicycles and space for drying wet clothes.

Addlebrough is a large room overlooking the hillside at the front. It has flexible accommodation which would be ideal for a family, for friends sharing or as a double bedroom for a couple. There is a double bed in the main room with the option of two extra single beds in a smaller room leading off the main room. A cot is also available. The en-suite bathroom with shower has views over Semerwater.

Semerwater is a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room which have views over the lake. Both rooms have a television and DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers.

Breakfast

As far as possible all produce is locally sourced or home grown, including fresh eggs courtesy of Dixie & co... Packed lunches can also be provided.

 
 

Dog Friendly

Sidney and Jazz welcome other well behaved Dogs! If you have dogs please contact us for further information. Sidney and Jazz are very friendly and are kept away from the Guest's accommodation areas.
